Since the humble beginnings in 1986 of working as a job worker for local large footwear manufacturers, the parent company, Suri Shoes, has grown to a turnover of USD 15 million, exporting 100% of its produce and supplying to various large format retailers and brands in Europe, Asia Pacific and the U.S.
During this journey, I had the opportunity and fortune to set up four footwear manufacturing facilities, all contributing towards the growth of the Company and taking the production to more than a million pairs of footwear across all genders and constructions. All this experience has contributed in me being able to guide my next generation to create a modern & efficient facility and be able to offer an increased capacity to our current customers, as well as, take the product to the next level.
The ethics of my family have over the decades become the corporate ethics. We are proud of the good practices that have been put in place within our Company, and we ensure that all our actions towards all the stake holders are ethical. We take immense care to reinvest in protecting and developing the communities within which we operate.
